In 2024, China recorded 11,249 organ donation cases, including 6,744 deceased donors (a 4.5% year-on-year increase) and 4,505 living relative donors. Over 24,000 transplants were performed. New voluntary registrations reached 364,000, with 77% aged 18-35, according to a national report.
