A side event themed Artificial Intelligence Empowering Human Rights Development took place during the 63rd session of the UN Human Rights Council. Co-hosted by China's Permanent Mission to the UN Office at Geneva and the China NGO Network for International Exchanges, it gathered nearly 100 participants. Speakers called for inclusive AI governance, sharing practices of AI helping vulnerable groups and bridging global development gaps to ensure fair sharing of AI benefits.
