Run by Laos-China Railway Co. Ltd., the C95/C96 service connects the two cities. C95 departs Boten at 8 a.m. and arrives in Vientiane at 11:47 a.m., and return train C96 sets off from Vientiane at 2:05 p.m., reaching Boten at 6:32 p.m. Stopping at six stations, it enables local residents to make same-day trips for work, business and family reunions. The service optimizes passenger transport, fuels tourism and supports the China-Laos Economic Corridor and Belt and Road development.
